Our work exists to provide the space, the framework, and the honest conversation that help leaders see clearly and lead well. We serve every client together — two generations, one commitment.
Ethan Castleberry, founder, came to this work through military service, real estate, hospital chaplaincy, and entrepreneurship — arenas that each taught him the same lesson: how a leader is doing on the inside determines what they can sustain on the outside.
Keith Castleberry brings over 35 years in business and 25 years in pastoral ministry — organizational wisdom paired with deep care for people.
Both hold professional master's degrees. But they would be the first to say that credentials are not the point — the work is. Competence matters because the people we serve matter.
